| 和文 | <http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/mm5914a3.htm?s_cid=mm5914a3_e The World Health Organisation (WHO) は、 the 2010--11 Northern Hemisphere trivalent influenza vaccine(北半球の3価インフルエンザワクチン)に推奨されるvaccine strains を発表し、the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) も米国内のワクチンとして同じ組成のワクチンを推奨した。いずれの機関も、A/California/7/2009-like (2009 H1N1), A/Perth/16/2009-like (H3N2), and B/Brisbane/60/2008-like (B/Victoria lineage) viruses.を含むワクチンを推奨している。the 2010--11 formulation に、季節性インフルエンザ A (H1N1) component は含まれず、the A (H3N2) componentが A/Brisbane/59/2007 in the 2009--10 Northern Hemisphere vaccine formulation から変更された。今回の推奨は、2009--10 trivalent seasonal と 2009 H1N1 monovalent vaccines に対する疫学および抗原性の特性のデータと、候補ウイルス株やreagents の有用性に基づいて決定された。 |
